SP WAKEBOARD AGM 2010

Heads up guys!

Please note that the upcoming Monday land training will be used to conduct our Annual General Meeting (AGM). Here are the details:-

Date:12th July 2010

Time: 6:3opm SHARP (doors open at 6:00pm!)

Venue: T1834

I hope all of you take this meeting seriously as there are very important announcements and new policies to be introduced. Also, attendance for this meeting will confirm your membership in the SP wakeboarding club. Those absent without valid reasons or fail to inform Cheryl or me(Wirda) will no longer be an official member of the club and your name will be remove from the system. Please help spread this message to everyone in the club. Thanks!

I cannot further emphasize how important this meeting is! Hope to see all of you guys there! :)

Dover MRT at 5.45pm

OR

Dhoby Ghaut MRT at 6.15pm

OR

Fish & Co. at 6.30pm

IVP Updates and Post-IVP Activity

Hi All,

IVP Updates

Congratulations to Sarah Quek, Ng Jian En and Nasrul Nyzam for entering the Finals of the Women's Novice, Men's Novice and Men's Intermediate categories respectively in the recent Rip Curl National IVP Wakeboarding Championships.

Cheers to the entire team for giving their best during the competition.

Special Thanks to club members for the support shown to the team during the competition.

Results of the Finals will be released at the party at Wavehouse on 5 July, Monday.

We will be meeting at 6pm at Dover MRT station. Do inform any of the committee members if you are going so that we wont leave you behind or we can meet you at a seperate location.

Post-IVP Activity

Club Outing has been confirmed.

We will be going to Fish & Co. at Park Mall on 8 July, Thursday.

Meet at 6pm at Dover MRT station.

Do confirm with Lewis your attendance by tuesday, 6 July, 12nn. This is to allow necessary arrangements to be made with the restaurant.

Attendance for this event is encouraged.

Hi all,

Just some updates on the upcoming events for the club.

Training
There will be no Land Training on 5, 8 and 12 July 2010.

Water Training schedule for 5 July that week will only be out on Monday morning. Please tell Sarah by Sunday Midnight.

Rip Curl National IVP Wakeboarding Championships 2010

3 & 4 July, Kallang Riverside Park

Competition Riders will be meeting at 6.30am at Kallang Mrt Station.

Non-competition Riders can meet at your own time, if you wish to meet together with the competition team, do not be late as we will not wait for you.

Note: You are advised to bring along insect repellent and sufficient water and dress appropriately.

5 July, Wavehouse, Sentosa

Tentative Meeting Time is 6pm at Dover Mrt.

More details to be released over the weekend.

SP Wakeboarding Club Post-IVP Celebrations and Welcome-New-Members Outing

8 July

Tentative Meeting Time is 6pm at Dover Mrt.

Current plan is to have a buffet dinner followed by movie(optional).
Dinner place is unconfirmed, dinner expected to cost less than $30 and Movie less than $10.

Further details to be released by Tuesday.

All members are encouraged to attend.
