1) 0745 at macdonalds @harbourfront for breakfast
2) 0820 at Harbourfront Centre Ferry Departure Hall - Level 2 - Lobby D

*Important*

· Mr. Youn (Korea Passport) require USD$25 for the visa upon arrival in Batam.
Please advise him to have it ready, otherwise the immigration will ask for
it in SGD$ at outrageous exchange rate.
There’s money changers round the corners from the meeting venue.

· The Cruise Centre has very strict regulations on international ferry departures…There will be tight screenings at the pre-immigration check point and it will ill shut off at 0850 hrs SHARP for the 0920 hrs ferry.
Its very important that all of you meet on time to check your boarding passes thoroughly so that amendments can be made immediately if necessary.
We advise everyone to clear the check point early as the queue can be very unpredictable. The officer will refuse entry after the cut off time.
And have to change to the next available ferry at extra cost.

· All ferry tickets will be issued upon this confirmation mail to secure the ferry seats. We have a very strict policy on the ferry ticket charge ($40) if there’s any “no show”.
If you do encounter any cancellation by any member from your group…
The best way to avoid the charge is to do a replacement.
Pls let us know who to replace with the new person’s details
by at least the night before departure.

· All Payments Can Be Made On The Day Of Departure – CASH ONLY PLEASE

· PLEASE REMIND EVERYONE TO BRING THEIR PASSPORTS &
TO MEET ON TIME.

Reminder

Hi all,

Just a reminder.

There is no training on monday, 9 Aug.

Next land training is on 12 Aug, thursday.
All members who signed up for the JYOF event are also reminded that the event is on the same day and you are not excused from the morning training.

Lastly, each club is only given 10 goodie bags for JYOF, so those who want the goodie bags are to let me know by the end of land training on thursday. If there are more than 10 who wants the bag, we'll have to do a lucky draw.

Hi, some stuffs to take note

9 Aug, Monday: No training
12 Aug, Thursday: Training as usual + JYOF at night
16 Aug, Monday: Batam trip, therefore no land training (Money to be in by this thurs 5th Aug)
19 Aug, Thursday: Training as usual
23 Aug - 19 Sept: Land training suspended for 2 weeks study break and 2 weeks exams. Water training is still open.
20 Sept, Monday: Land training resumes.
27 October, Wednesday: Poly50 (We will be making a Poly50 shirt for participants)

During the holiday breaks which is on the 7th August - 22th August and 18th September - 17th October, land trainings will be held, Mondays and Thursday. Timing will be in the morning 9am at foodcourt 5.

Also, there's an upcoming Wakeboard National Competition coming in November. More details will be realeased at a later date. So interested riders, do ride harder! :)
